Prompt service on a tube replacement, great recommendation on the mirror (it works fantastically unlike the previous "cheap' mirror I had. They got me thinking about improving the lights on my bike. If I decide, I would definitely go back there. Helpful people are always appreciated.

My wife and I both bought Trek bikes recently. The staff was incredibly helpful and gave us excellent advice when picking out the bike's that would be best for our needs. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great bicycle shop.
My experience in the store was terrific. Tony is a wealth of information, and he shared that generously. He is kind and helpful. I had a brief conversation with a gentleman in the repair area and found the same to be true. The only suggestion that I have is to check voicemail. After a few times of receiving no callback, I learned that it is not regularly checked. I realize that the staff is busy and don't expect an immediate answer; but, if voicemail is offered to your customers, someone should be able to check and respond to it.
