I went to Trek Bikes of Stuart in search of bike shoes and clip in pedals. Rich was so helpful with my questions and concerns regarding transitioning to clip in pedals.. All of my questions were answered promptly, and included some useful techniques on how to get adjusted to bike shoes and the new clip-in pedals.
Service was top quality, as was the technician's ability to assess the best thing to do. I had a flat tire, and presumed a replacement tire should be the solution. The technicians checked out the tire, found the leak, and fixed it thus saving me the expense of a new tire. Very grateful for his integrity.

Over the last several years, my carbon fiber Specialized bike has been serviced beautifully by the Trek store mechanics in Stuart. For convenience I recently began riding my other 25-year old steel-frame bike that has been living in my business, unused for several years. When I realized how nice the steel-frame feels, and how much more convenient it was to use it rather than dragging the carbon-fiber back and forth on my car, I asked John if I could have the handlebars and particularly the brake and shifter assembly changed to alleviate the discomfort in my hands with the bigger assembly. Since the antique bike is actually a men's bike the handlebars were a lot wider and brake/shifter assembly too big to operate comfortably.
I just picked up my bike and it's like having a brand new bike. It was a complicated upgrade that involved getting all the parts to work together and the mechanic Heime did an outstanding job!
John, Rich and Heime are fantastic! They all provide exceptional service and have always been so pleasant. I'm extremely lucky to have found such a professional shop.

We're Many generations into Trek Bikes, with the Verve being our go-to. Our bikes are outside full-time in a salty environment because we are boaters, and when we're not boating, we live across the street from the ocean. The bikes are left on the docks uncovered and uncovered at home in the weather.
We cycle daily, weather permitting. We have bike racks and bags with panniers, and routinely load them up at the weekly farmers' market. We cycle everywhere day and night and put a lot of demand on a quality, well-built bike that can take a lot of abuse. The Trek Verve excels in durability and quality!
I recently purchased a new Verve 3 LS Gen 5 Matt black with all my necessary accessories.
I walked up to the door the night before Thanksgiving as Mike, the manager, was locking the door for the day. Mike greeted me and asked me if he could help, and invited me into the store. I knew exactly what I needed, and Mike quickly searched local inventory and promised me the cycle the day after Thanksgiving.
Mike @ the Naples Store went above and beyond to procure a Cycle from another store and rig it up for me, and had it waiting for me as promised the day after Thanksgiving. When I went to pick up the bike, my wife brought her bike along, and we updated some worn-out items and upgraded some others on her Verve. Mike and the Staff went above and beyond helping us, and I noticed that everyone else who walked into the store was also promptly attended to with smiles and with the same customer focus. Some people just came in to say hello while cycling by the store, which shows a connection with the local cycling community.
My wife and I cycled away from the Trek store with smiles, and I'm already thoroughly enjoying my new Matt Black stealth-looking Verve 3 LS Gen 5.

The service was very fast and technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am super happy with the service. They have amazing deal if you buy a bike and add flat tire service it is for life. Basically for as long as you own that bike flat tire service is free. I strongly recommend this place to buy a bike or get your bike serviced there. I bought two bikes there. The first one got stolen and they were sooooo nice and kind that they transferred the first bike flat tire service from my first stolen bike I purchased to my new bike when I forgot to get it second time but came with the new one to fix flat tire. These guys take customer service to another level and it is so nice to see exceptional customer service because it is practically non existing in todays world.
