I have taken my bike, a Trek Verve I, to the store in Naples Park for service a couple times now. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The service was performed on time and reasonably priced. I did have an issue with one item repaired. The issues was fixed on the spot upon bringing the issue to their attention. I highly recommend this store for bicycle servicing.

We were trying to find a specific Trex bike in several stores. The North Naples store had bikes already assembled that we were able to walk in and walk out within 15 minutes before closing.
