The manager was great at the Naples Trek shop. He was helpful in selecting a bike, finding my color choice and shipping the exact bike to his location. He was in constant communication throughout the process.

Store is clean and organized. Salesman, Alex, was knowledgable, but listened to what I was first looking for, then found correct size and educated me on fit/adj of helmet.

The "10" rating was based on the level and quality of service received. I would provide a "7" if thinking in terms of price and service combined. I feel $129.97 is a high price for two tubes and tires. The "lifetime flat program" is part of this, so over time I may feel differently.
Rich took excellent care of me on two different times. This time I took my husband’s bike in due to a clicking sound. He was able to service the bike in a timely fashion. I can’t remember the name of your lead mechanic at the Sunrise store. He is outstanding. I have had my bike in several times over the years for service and he simply does a phenomenal job. He has gone above and beyond for me as well. I fully trust him and when I walk in and see him there I know my bike is in good hands.
