Staff is pleasant and easy to work with. Knowledgeable in what bikes work best for your individual lifestyle, age, and budget. I bought the black Verve+1 Low Step (ebike) for my husband, plus upgraded the seat to Saddle C9 Comfort. My husband thoroughly enjoys the options of pedaling or petal assist in wind. Yes, there are less expensive ebikes out there, but we wanted a top of the line. Couldn't be happier. Now, I want one for myself.

I really appreciated my bike being returned to my home sense I do not have a bike carrier
I believe TREK is synonymous when it comes to quality in bikes and products. Service on the other hand is store specific. If the manager is replacing parts on bikes that don't need to be or performing services and charging an inflated repair cost compared to what was originally discussed with the customer. This is an issue, point in case the previous store manager was doing just that.
On the other hand, the new manager is adding value to my experience by not over selling me services, just giving me what I need and making suggestions that I get to decide whether or not I want done.
I almost switched where I had my bike serviced and when I found out the management had changed, I decided to stay because of the person Managing the store. Not to mention he is a Veteran, and I support other veterans.
The staff was very helpful, courteous and got the work done in a timely manner.

We really liked the fact that they were able to find the bike that I wanted in another state. They had it all assembled and ready for our trip ahead of schedule. The woman who we picked it up from was great. We will be bringing both of our bikes here for service in the future. We have recommended this shop to several people already.

I shopped around for a replacement rim and they had the best price available and their labor charge was the best available as well. All in all it was an unexpected positive experience. I will always go there for any of my bike needs.
