Kristen was wonderful from the start. She saw us approaching the store with a couple of bicycles ,she immediately helped us with the door and asked us what she could help us with. We brought our bicycles in too trade to a different type of bike. While we were looking at the bikes we wanted she had our bikes appraised by the service team. The price for our trades was extremely fair so we finalized the transaction. Kristen got the bicycles ready in a couple days and they delivered them to our home. Very nice and professional experience !

I have several Trek bikes and they never let me down. My recent purchase was made at Trek Bicycle Store of Port Charlotte. The guys were very friendly and helpful. I had great customer service and found the bike I've been looking for. Unfortunately, my annoyance is that all the embellishments I was hoping to buy and have put on in store by someone familiar with install wasn't possible as nothing was is stock.
My wife and I were looking for a couple of new bikes to just use on 10 to 20 mile jaunts around the neighborhood and town. Kristen greeted us with a smile and helped us through the whole process, making sure we selected the right bikes and gear that we needed. The bikes were in stock and they had them ready for pick-up the very next afternoon. The entire staff at the Trek store was great and very helpful.
