Didn't visit this bike shop for the normal reason. I went to this bike shop to have the gears removed from bicycle wheels so that I could use them for stained glass purposes. They were very accommodating they had the job done in less than 24 hours it was great I would highly recommend

The 10 is for service, which has always been good.
The product, however, a Trek Solstice helmet, not so much. When I tried to adjust the straps, I discovered they were not long enough. I have both straps at their very end just to get it onto my head. There is barely enough slack that I can unfasten it. And there is no prayer of actually getting the straps arranged the way I want. So, two suggestions. First, tell whoever makes the helmet to sacrifice the 15 cents it might cost to manufacture the helmet with two-inch-longer straps. And maybe make it a practice that the customer actually fit the helmet before purchase
