I took a rear tire in to be replaced.
John, actually asked me if I wanted to see how it could be put back on the Derailleur chain. He not only showed me
but had me do it a few times. At home I had no problem put the rear wheel back on.

We were able to purchase a bike on the spot for my wife. They had a great selection of different models to choose from and Alex was very thorough and took the time to work with my wife to get the additional accessories she want and needed. There quick service allowed us to pickup the bike the next morning. We have purchased 3 bikes and a carrier in the past 2 years and would highly recommend Trek of South Naples!

The Quick , accurate and value of service..
Stopped in with a flat tire , mentioned a concern with shifting. Within an hour, the tech had the bike evaluated & price. Within another hour I was on my way with all work completed.. Reminds me of the good old days. A company commits and fulfills.
