I arrived to the Sunrise Trek Shop 45 minutes before opening time. My rear tire was flat and I needed it fixed. While waiting for the store to open I walked over to a nearby Cafe and sat down. Jimbo, a Trek tech, had seen me in front of the bike store, and came over to the Cafe and asked if I needed any service. Of course I said yes and a few minutes later the flat was fixed and I was ready to continue riding. This level of service is uncommon; I applaud Jimbo’s kindness and initiative. I hope Trek recognizes talent and fosters a rewarding working environment.

People are very nice to introduce and sell the bike. I love it so much.
Every time I have visited this store the personnel have been outstanding. They know their stuff. They are very easy to communicate with. They suggest ways to better use my bike as well as new products that may be useful to me. During my last visit it was determined that I needed a new seat post. They changed it while I was there. Great service. When I have left my bike for work, they give me a very accurate cost beforehand and let me know when the work will be completed. They are a great group of people.
Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful. He educated me about electric bikes and I was comfortable purchasing my Townie because of him. I would highly recommend shopping at this location because Jeff is there to guide you and provide excellent customer service.
