Tom, provided excellent service and knowledge of bike comparisons. Bike came in a little late but he put it together quickly so I could complete a group ride on Saturday. The store is comfortable and unrushed. I was given the appropriate amount of time to decide and be fitted for the correct size bike. I would use and recommend again.

I shipped my bike from Boston to participate in the WomanTours bike ride. They were great at putting it together. I purchased 2 CO2 cartridges. Very helpful and I didn't feel rushed.
Worked with Marlin re: my recent purchase of a Trek Verve 3. He was great. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable. My original plan was to convert my high end road bike to a cruiser. Marlin, who had experience with such conversions, provided excellent advice. The geometry of my road bike was not conducive to such a conversion. Marlin expressed concern that, while doable, he was concerned that the final product my not live up to my hope for a more comfortable ride. In the end, for a few dollars more, I ended up with exactly what I was looking for, and without ending up with an even more expensive freakish bike, that would not provide the level of comfort I was looking for, and whose market value in a resale would have plummeted.
