Trek Boca was excellent. I took my son’s bicycle in for a flat tire service and they had the repair fixed in about 10 minutes. I thought I would have to drop the bicycle off and pick it up hours later but they took care of the repair immediately. I’d definitely recommend this location for bicycle sales & service.

Great store! I went in looking for a new bike but wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. Jeremy asked me a few questions and then directed me to a couple of bikes that fit my needs. He ordered the bike that I wanted and then once it came in he helped me accessorize it. Jeremy is very helpful and knowledgeable about the Trek bikes.

I had a defective tube that I ordered online from Trek. As a snowbird with time to go home nearing, I traveled from LaBelle to the nearest Trek store in Fort Myers to return the tube and purchase a new one so my bike could travel home. Jeff was very helpful by filling out the return on his computer and selling me a new tube.

While it took over 2 months for the repair of our 3 wheel electric trike, the issues were all resolved and we are happy with the results. Because it took so long, they kindly transported the bike to our home free of charge. The only suggestion I would make is that there be an improvement in their communication with the customer. Over a month went by with no word on the progress of the repair. I had to stop in to find out what was causing the delay. Other than that, we have been very happy with the service of our bike.

The entire team was welcoming and friendly. I need to replace tire for my Trek bike. The team member came out of the back room with five differently priced tires most expensive 2x the price of the lowest. Was not pushy, but let me make the decision.
