Monica greeted us as soon as we went in. She asked what we were looking for and listened. She then pulled a bike and told us not to worry about the color. First she made sure it was light enough for me to be able to pick it up and put it on a rack. Then she pulled up all the colors it comes in, and I was lucky they had the color I picked in stock. She carefully went through adjusting the seat, handlebars and brakes to my comfort. I was then allowed to take it for a test drive. Following that, she again adjusted the handlebars and brakes slightly, but what a difference! Following my test drive she asked if I needed anything else. I asked about mirrors and while she was putting that together and adding it to the bike, I walked around and found a water bottle holder as well as a small bag to hold my phone, keys, etc. Again, she added both these and made sure I was comfortable, again asking if I needed anything else. She then went over the routine care of the bike and plans avail able. I was a very happy customer when I left, all thanks to Monica.
Well made bike - fair price - parts and service readily available.
Great team at Trek’s in South Naples. We had a flat during a ride. They fixed it and had us on our way in 15 min. Awesome experience. We bought our bikes here and will continue to support and areas the good word about this team.

I used Trek's maintenance/repair service for the first time yesterday.
I fully expected to have to return but they were able to do it while I waited and the price of the service was reasonable.
Will definitely return to Trek for future service.
