I recently purchased a Verve 3 from the Boynton Beach, Florida store. Pete (my salesperson) was wonderful to work with. He was quite knowledgeable of Trek products but more than that he was very responsive to my concerns and listened really well. His concern was to get the right product for me based on my needs and interest and i never felt I was being directed to something the store wanted to sell.

Jacob and the beaded guy who rang me up were great. They got my bike fixed about 5:00 on a Friday afternoon when I thought I'd have to leave it there until Saturday. Took them 15 mins. Jacob repaired it, and I went out on a 15-mile ride this morning with no issues. Will highly recommend this store to anyone who inquires about a reputable bike store.
