The employees are the BEST. They went way beyound what was required. They helped me immediately and were very friendly. Then, they stood out in 95 degree heat while adjusting my car carrier and making sure my bike was secure and safe.

I wanted to purchase an electric bike and because I have 2 Trek bikes already I wanted a Trek. I previously bought a bike from this Trek store and had a good experience so I decided to go there for the electric bike. I didn’t know much about the electric bikes and the staff was great. Doug explained a lot of things to me and also Ethan was helpful. Doug was very knowledgeable and friendly when I picked my bike up. I have always had good experiences at the Trek store in Stuart.

My handlebars on my FX4 were too low and it was hurting my neck and hands. I thought I needed a different bike. However, Jeff explained that I could put an extender and a rotating handlebar holder on my bike and I would be able to use my bike again. Jeff immediately started putting these parts on my bike and having me sit on the bike to see if it worked... he explained that the brake cables had to be extended. I left the bike there on a Wednesday and we got the call on Friday that my bike was ready. While it was expensive, I can now use my bike. Jeff was amazing!!! Jeff took so much time and really wanted to help me continue to use my bike. We were so impressed that my husband decided to leave his Giant bike at Trek for a tune up rather than take it to the store he purchased it from. We are not sure what merit awards are available for your team members but Jeff deserves high praise... While we were there the other gentleman was doing the same awesome work for clients that came in. It was truly an excellent experience...

I have both a Domane and a Checkpoint and Chris services both. Super knowledgeable and efficient, always provides service with a smile. Trek Boca is lucky to have a guy like him. Trek Boca’s service is what keeps me coming back.

This is a great Trek store. They could not have been more helpful, personable and professional. They got my Trek fixed and helped me load it back into my car which I really appreciated. Jim also gave me tips on how to load the bike into my SUV in the future so I don't damage the gears. Highly recommend this store. Great service.

Anthony made the process quick and easy. I came in, told him I saw the Trek FX 1 on closeout online. He said he could order and assemble it and help me out. He called me 4 days later with it ready and when I picked it up he continued to provide great service, even being willing to talk to me about the bike, give me tips, share more about himself once I asked, and he made the process really enjoyable.
I’d consider coming back just to have him help me out on something I could potentially figure out myself. And I love the bike!

I had been planning on purchasing an Electra Townie Go! For several months. We were on a trip visiting the southern coasts of Florida and we spotted this Trek shop. We went on July 17th 2025 and were met by Jeremy. I told him what I was looking for and what I had already looked at and researched. He dispelled some statements that others had told me and was extremely knowledgeable about the bikes. I test drove the Townie Go! S which I loved more than the 5i that I had been looking at. I felt he answered all questions and didn’t just try to sell me a bike. He also arranged to have the bike shipped to our house in Key West since we were still on our trip and did not have a return date back to the keys. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service at this shop.

I like the personal touch. Except for when they hand me the bill at the end, it almost feels like I'm walking over to my neighbor's garage (who has a strangely high number of bikes) and they talk with me about my bike, what it needs, how I use it, and what issues I have had with it. Then they work on it like it was their bike, get it back to me quickly, and seem happy I stopped by. It's a small shop, but they know what they're doing, and do a great job. They even helped me walk my bike out and get it loaded up.
Everybody in there is very nice and they were willing to help me as soon as I walked in the door. Those guys are really good in that store. Hopefully they stay there and nobody moves them around because that right there is perfect.
