Perfect place to buy a bike. Steve the salesman more interested in seeing I bought the right bike. Needed a step through being older. Ordered one on sale $549. With the understanding that if it was not right my money would be re funded. When it arrived Keith the manager made sure the seat and handlebars were the right height. Special treatment. They installed mirror, bell which were gifts and kickstand from my old bike
No way to get it home. No worry’s. Joe a manager had Nick drop it off. He was the best. He perfectly aligned the tires with the brakes. He explained the maintenance. He was a very young man who was very personable. He spent considerable time with me. Now the bike. It has a special feel to it. It sounds like an electric car when riding. Such ease. I want to ride it all over. No need to shop elsewhere

Shop staff is always courteous on phone and in person. Always get calls when the kids bikes are ready from tune-ups. Have ordered bikes not in stock, effectively through store. Will continue to return.
