Tony like all the guys at this location was excellent and found everything I needed and fixed it. Service is always great.
What great service. The screen on my computer shut down and then I had no battery connection on my e-bike. Called John and discussed the issue, he said bring it in.... An hour later I had it at the store, he ran a complete diagnostics on the bike and installed new software. I rode the bike in the parking lot to make sure everything was ok....and we were on our way.
This store and employees are so helpful. I am a snow bird and wish I had a store and employees at home like this. Great job, thanks so much!!!

I had a Cannondale Jeckyl mountain bike that needed a rear shock repaired.
Long story short, I gave the bike to another bike store where they told me they probably could not fix or replace the shock and that, after spending almost $10,0000 on the bike, I would have to THROW IT AWAY and buy a NEW one!
That being said, I dropped the bike off there where they kept it for a month only to have ME contact THEM to find out they could do NOTHING!
After picking up the bike I decided to call "Trek Bicycle Store" where I spoke to Giacomo.
I told Giacomo the bike type and he told me he would "call me right back".
15 minutes later Giacomo called me and said he could do something to get it fixed!
Fast forward about 3 weeks it is fixed and working like a charm!
Giacomo was friendly and knowledgeable just like the ENTIRE staff there!
Bottom line?
Trek Bicycle Store did what I KNEW could be done if I got in contact with the right people!
Trek Bicycle Store IS the RIGHT PLACE and the RIGHT PEOPLE and I HIGHLY recommend them ! !
