Great display of product selection. Was able to see and try out the bicycle I was actually looking for, whereas other stores did not display them. Keith helped us who seemed very knowledgeable and Terrell who I think was the manager there was extremely helpful. I live in Aventura and could have bought the bike less than 1/2 a mile away but the fact that you guys were opened on Sunday and were a great assistance we made our purchase there. Thanks for the help.

I have been going to Trek in Naples for over a decade for repairs and reconditioning.
My last visit was for a flat fix. I have "flat insurance" which I've used many times over the years. On this visit, to my surprise, the very kind and skilled technician rapidly repaired my flat while I watched and waited for it.
I'm very pleased with my "vintage" Trek bike and the service I receive at the shop.
The staff was extremely helpful with their assessment of the needs for each of our two bikes that have been hanging up and out of use for several years and had them both tuned up and ready to go in short fashion.
Communications from staff included confirmation of work to be done, summary of work that was done and when the bikes were ready to pick up.

Friendly no pressure to sell product
I had 5 bikes damaged in the flooding from hurricanes Helene and Milton. These guys have done a great job of helping me rehab them back to mint condition and really jumped through hoops on a couple to save me money. Thanks for making a bad situation less painful!

Joseph and his staff surpassed my expectations. They replaced both of my tires in less than 90 minutes and sent me a text that my bike was ready to pick up. The new tires were nicer than my old ones and were less expensive than he estimated the previous day. I was so pleased that I bought a new padded saddle, that he installed for free in a few minutes. Then I bought a new helmet, and he even discounted the sales tag on it. I rode my bike as soon as I returned home and couldn't believe how much smoother it felt. I've already told several of my riding group about the Trek Bike store that Joseph manages. I'll be telling the rest of the group later this week. Thank you, Joseph, and staff! Steve
