I thought it was a high standard of service for a nice bike. The service was great and price seemed fair. The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 was because I thought the gold plan would cover the labor cost. I consider the labor part of maintaining the bike. Great bike shop through and through!!
Staff was great to work with. Wish it would have been easier to speak to someone when I called over the phone, and it took much longer to get my bike then the original date I was given.

Sean was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained the process in detail and asked if I currently had any concerns or issues. The bike fit went smoothly and I immediately felt less pressure on my hands and the seat position was more comfortable. I was very pleased with my bike fit

All I can really say is I have a great experience all around. From the sales team who sold me the bike to service department. I can chat through any issues I am having and being riders themselves they knowingly coach me through it. I loved the bike cleaning session at the end of the year. The beverage was a huge unexpected benefit. It just made for a nice evening. Thanks all.

The bikes are amazing. We rented bikes in Key West the other year and after we bought Trek bikes and brought them down it was a night and day difference in riding comfort. All the staff at Naperville are very helpful. They helped guide me how to take care of the bikes better with specific preventative care and fine tuning of our bikes.
We are out of town customers. Due to the supply chain issues related to the bike industry we traveled down to Trek Naperville to purchase a bike and accessories. So glad we did as Eric treated us like family.

My questions are always answered simply, helpfully and without condescending (I am an older woman). I liked that the employee showed me the replaced parts when I cam to pick up my bicycle; it helped me understand what they did. I've always been offered help getting my bike to and on my car. A couple years ago, I had a new bike carrier, and asked the employee to check my process when I secured the bike. He did; and that's why I no longer need assistance!
