Great customer service and communication
Very helpful in purchasing a bike for my 8 year old son. The bike was ready in 2 days when originally they said 2 weeks. Hoping the service if needed is just as good as the sales.
That was easily one of the fastest turn around I've ever experienced for a bike service during a pandemic and before biking season.
Thoroughly Impressed with the speed, quality, efficiency and the value for the services performed at the Downers Grove Trek Store. I bought my bike from this shop, and I drove 15+ miles to drop it off and get it serviced and will happily make that drive out again for the quality of work from this location even though there is a closer bike shop in Naperville.
The support staff is equally great as I was greeted and immediately brought in and have any questions answered. Truly impressed and will be bringing my fiancés bike in to have services done soon.
