Dropped off my wife's bike to have two new tires installed and a tune-up for summer. Quick turnaround heard back from them in a few days and picked up her bike. Great work. Appreciate it!

Trek of Downers Grove is my favorite bike store! The team is always ready to help with a new bike or helping to fix an issue on an old bike. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in picking the right items and accessories for both kids and adults.

Superior communication and distinguished customer service staff! I was very spontaneous and wanted my bike rack so I could enjoy a bike ride on a very warm spring day and they were right at it! They had assembled it and installed it in less than 10 minutes and I was on the road to my ride. I have a recommend this Bike store and the customer service is extraordinary!

Great customer service all around
The staff, sales and repair, were very helpful, courteous and informative. If you are interested in purchasing, repairing or mechanical maintenance of a bike, they can help you. They are very knowledgeable on all types of bikes, electric or any other type or model, and very willing to help. Had two different model bikes serviced for a system one maintenance program to get the bikes cleaned, lubed and serviced for the Spring season and they did a great in getting them ready to ride after not having ridden them for a couple years. I highly recommend Trek and this staff for any information on bikes and accessories .
Been riding a Trek Madone for several years. Never a problem with bike or service. My granddaughter’s first bike was a Trek. We plan to continue that streak…
