The staff has a very “it cant be done” attitude. I reveived 3 calls from staff members informing me that a part for my bike could bot be found. They kept referencing a single swebsite that they commonly use that didnt have it. Afternasking them repeatedly to check with the manufacturer, their reaponse was the same that the part couldnt be found on the site they notmally use. I asked them to stop bringing up the site that didnt have it and to look elsewhere but that idea just seemed to cause their brains to short-corcuit. To make it worse, they told me that i could easilynjust do it myself and then when i asked why they didnt do it as a bike shop they went back to their aame stupid excuse. These guys can do all BASIC bike work fine but they cannot think on their feet or solve problems that they expect their clients to solve. In the end, i had to get the owner involved because of how dense the salespeople were and what do you know, once the oweber agreed to give it a try, the problem was easily solved by them. I was very disappointed with the amouny of frustration i experienced in trying tonget these guys to acknowledge that they had as much ability to solve the problem as i do. They did have good service but poor problem solving and personal accountability. When i had come in here 2 years prior to upgrade another bike, the tech i spoke with was exactly the same… i asked if he had a stem with a shorter reach and he kept bringing up the clamdping diameter… when i repeatedly asked told him thats not what im
Taljimg about he just kept going back to bumbers that were not related to what i was lookimg for. They dont seem to be as well informed or mentally empowered to learn and solve problems as youd umagine bike shop employees to be.

For Me...It is ALL about the Service!!! Your Service Tech - Chris does an amazing job!! I first started using him on an old bike that had been with me for 20+ years in the CO mountains. The first time I brought it in...he made it like new. Eventually...he moved on, I moved on. When I called last week in response to an email on current service offerings, I called, and to my great Joy, Chris had returned to your store. And AGAIN......Top Rates Service!!!!

I have been looking for a good bike shop for awhile and I believe I've found it! Naperville Trek is feels like one of those neighborhood bike shops you can visit and talk bikes. They are generally excited about cycling not just the business of selling bikes. Got my bike in and out in 24 hours. I will be back.

Came in to get air in my front shock it was a little low, was charged 25 dollars (took less than 90 seconds) that’s not acceptable, I’ll take my bikes to 2 Bici next time
