The service guy in the back is always so helpful. Can't remember this name, but he has dark hair and tattoos. He checked on the sturdiness of my bike rack. You can tell he really enjoys his job, is always smiling and is knowledgeable.

The service team member who helped me was able to replace my tube on the spot, and he did a few quick maintenance items as a courtesy. He was friendly and gave me some tips. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but I would absolutely come back to him for future services.

I also had an issue with Trek Bikes and their pandemic supply shortage. Trek of DG ordered the correct parts and made my bike right. No problems. I would 100% recommend them.
