Great service and had the bike my son was looking for
one of the guys stepped up to take care of my simple need right away so I didnt have to come back another day
Reasonable prices and quick turnaround.
I have been a customer of the TREK in Naperville and frequent several times a year. I went there on Saturday, found bike shoes I liked and they didn't have them in my size, called your store and they said the shoes had been set aside for me. I drove for about 45 minutes and only 1 shoe had been set aside for me. (the person at the Naperville store was talking to a female employee).
Fortunately, another employee went the extra mile to help me, went to the storeroom to search around (it seems not all the shoes were in the correct boxes which made it more difficult for him), and he finally was able to find the shoes in a size 40 (I had originally requested a 39) - I was impressed with his patience, willingness to try and help me when he hadn't made the original error.
Another employee who was also quite willing to help, measured my feet and said I was between 39 and 40 so ultimately, I was happy with this choice.
I still can't figure out why only 1 shoe was set aside for me (unless an extremely busy day which it can be in May)
Fast, helpful and professional
I was a walk in on a Saturday morning with a broken chain, the service department took my bike replaced the chain and cassette, adjusted the derailers and got me back on the road in a few hours to continue my training for a charity ride later in the week , Thx for the great service !!!

The customer service is always professional and very informative on the products and services that are being sold. They responded to every question and concerns that I'd concerning my purchases. Great service.
All the staff was helpful with getting my bike rack assembled and installed on my Tesla. The manager was awesome in explaining to me exactly how my new bike rack worked. I would highly recommend this trek store.
I like the product, what's not to like? But it was the service the really set this location apart. I needed something and they look to see if it was in stock, let me know that it was and held for me until I could get there and purchase it. Then, when I got there and being a newbie to that particular product, they took the time to instruct me on how to use it. I'll go back to that location for sure!

I had a great experience buying a bike from Trek of Downers Grove! I walked into the store, saw what I was looking for, got the bike adjusted for me and took a test ride in the neighborhood. The bike was ready for me a day later with the rack I purchased installed and the helmet I purchased later online ready to go, and they helped me get it loaded into my car. What's not to like? Highly recommend.
