They are personable, they truly take the time to get to know you, you don’t feel like a customer, they make you feel like a friend. When you go to this bike shop, it’s not just about getting your bike fixed, or buying a new pump, it is about entering into a community of friends…They will go out of their way to make sure you find the right bike, fix your bike again and again if it just doesn’t feel right, or a beer or a coffee to get you home!!!.. best service, best bike shop, honest, straightforward, integrity, compassion.
