Quality service family feel no high pressure sales.
The staff was friendly and informative, and I liked the fact that there was a large group forming outside the store for some sort of ride (I assume the store is involved in the community).
Great service great product. Just didn’t like the mask request. Leave the choice up to the customer!

I placed an order on 8/31 - it is now 9/8 and I am STiLL waiting for it to ship.
Tho people have been VERY helpful when corresponding I find it hard to believe that it is taking over a week to get the order shipped.
The team especially Tom was very helpful!

Great service and folks who know what they are talking about
I was given an estimate of $30 to replace a spoke, and when I came to pick it up I was told the cost would be $50. This is almost twice the original estimate. When I questioned the charge, the cost was dropped back to $30, which shows me that the attempt to get $50 from me was simply price gouging. I will not be coming back, and would not recommend Bike Lane.

Everyone was very friendly, huge bike selection, and great location by the trail. I also like the coffee/beer bar, though I didn’t get to try it out on my visit. Maybe next time!

Highly interactive, staff was super friendly and gave me lots of insights into what and how they were modifying the fit.
Fitting was really successful and was able to do a 30mile bike ride straight out of the shop by hopping onto the W&OD trail without any discomfort felt in my legs which had been a sticking point till now.
Everyone was very friendly and approachable. They worked to help with my fit problems and really made me feel heard. I have been to a lot of different bike shops and usually leave feeling intimidated or out-of-place. I will be back to the Bike Lane for all future biking needs.
