It was super easy to get a bike now that they have some in stock, and everyone there is very helpful with any questions I had. I can't recommend the Bike Lane enough!

Excellent service. Very long story but due to the pandemic supply chain issues it took ability a year and a half to get my bikes, and Bike Lane honored promises and mistakes made at the Springfield store both while and after they owned it. Very honest and good people to work with.
Derrick did a good job, quickly, and clearly respected my bike while he had it.

He gave me a lot of great information during the process, clearly explained each step of the process, and gladly answered all of my questions. Friendly knowledgeable staff and a nice selection of bikes and accessories. Having a pub on facility is a plus, too.
Great customer service. The team helped my 13yo son and me out when we were on mile 10 of a 50 mile Boy Scout ride, which allowed us to finish. We ordered a bike form you all as soon as the ride was over. Thanks!
