Great bike tune up and appreciated the recommended services to update my bike gears. Great bike shop!
Service was fantastic! They helped me select the appropriate clip less pedals and cleats. Not only did they do that, but went into detail to ensure a first timer like myself was comfortable with them.

Prompt service and good work done. I need to bring my road bike back for gear fine tuning but that's normal after a complete change out of the drive train.
I dealt with the owner years ago and he was great but I ended up buying a bike in another shop. I was fortunate enough to have an opportunity to repay his effort and kindness by purchasing something at the store this time.
I found an available bike on the website for a bike company and confirmed they had it in stock. They agreed to hold it to me for an additional time because I had to drive up from the Hampton roads area. Super graceful and helpful every time I called, quick to respond even on the day off via email that the bike was still there so that I could come up the next morning.
I arrived and they specked out the bike based on my weight. While I waited the owner bought me a cup of coffee at the attached coffee shop/brewery.
We enjoyed some chitchat, I picked up an extra jersey, and left with a gigantic stupid grin on my face! The bike has been awesome and I was really happy to do something for the shop that had always taken care of me when I limped off the trail needing repair.
I’ve been to multiple shops all over the Northern Virginia region and I have to say I’m most impressed with these guys. Very professional, very friendly, and laid-back with lots of great stuff in the shop. Get a cold beer and wait for your new bike to get adjusted, after all it’s New Bike Day!
I like the free adjustments on my bike (fix loose spokes) because I bought the bike there.
Everyone was very helpful and friendly.. especially in preparation for the Lime Connect event. I had not previously been in the store, but I will definitely be back in soon!
