Knowledgeable staff. They helped me pick out the right bike for my needs, at the right price. Friendly and helpful without being pushy. This was the third bike shop I went to before purchasing a bike. Glad I checked out this one last store before ordering online (I’d much rather buy a bike in person) - I was about to give up until I stopped by this place. Keep up the good work. I know where I’ll go again for my bike needs!

I've been buying bikes (and having them serviced) at TBL for years now and I always feel taken care of. Most recently I realized there was a craftsmanship issue with the frame of my Felt road bike where the chain stays were uneven! Yikes. Richard took the time to (persistently) follow up with Felt to get the frame warrantied and the process expedited because I was going on my first bike trip in a matter of days. The frame arrived quickly and Richard rebuilt my bike the same day. I couldn't be any happier. You have a great thing going at TBL. Keep it up!

Bill is the best! I have already recommended him and the bike lane to 2 different people — and it’s only been 24 hours since I had my bike fitting. He is the best ambassador for The Bike Lane. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns about my bike and answered all my questions. He not only fitted me to my bike, but he also educated me about my bike and the latest developments and articles about bike design and accessories. He also made recommendations on how to upgrade my bike and improve my biking. I will be returning after the summer for the recommended upgrades. As a novice biker, I really appreciated his help. He is a treasure. I will continue to recommend him to my biking friends.
