Great place to purchase and service road bikes, along with cycling gear. Everyone is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I also like the fact that you can stop in at anytime for a home made brewski. Thanks to Todd, Marc, Elliott and Tom, who have helped me in the past, as well as one of the service guys (forgot to ask name). I purchased a Trek FX 3 last November and could not be more happy with its performance!

Bill is always great and very thorough! Not only did he fit me for my bike but he helped me with some biomechanics that could help me be for efficient. That was my third fitting with him - and I will keep coming back as long as he doesn't retire like he says he wants too.

Quality products and the service from the owner on down through the team is top shelf. These folks don't just want to sell their wares and services, they go the extra measure to help maximize your cycling experience.
I thought little things such as the kickstand would be tightened. And then bigger things, such as the brakes, would be given a once over. We took care of both things when we got home.

The service is always very professional with a knowledgeable staff..... they are also very flexible and can usually take walk-in customers without any problems and not much or a wait time.... they are also conveniently located on the W&OD trail.... bottom line... great service....reasonable prices.... and a wonderful cafe!!!!

The Bike Lane is the only area shop that I trust with my Trek bicycle! They stand tall above the other stores with their 7/day a week walk-in service (so valuable to those of us who bike the WOD!), expert technicians and mechanics, reasonable prices, and of course, their bier is very nice on a hot day.
