Service was done early and well. The staff seemed very experienced and knowledgeable and was very informative about what work needed to be done.
very attentive to my explanation regarding the type of biking I was coming from (totally roadie) and where I wanted to go (paved, dirt, gravel) and subsequently directing me towards the best bike for my budget. Also, went to great lengths explaining some sizing differences which probably saved me from buy a bike one size too small.
Excellent personal touch, the guys at the shop were looking for my interest, and took good care of me

It was super easy to get a bike now that they have some in stock, and everyone there is very helpful with any questions I had. I can't recommend the Bike Lane enough!

Excellent service. Very long story but due to the pandemic supply chain issues it took ability a year and a half to get my bikes, and Bike Lane honored promises and mistakes made at the Springfield store both while and after they owned it. Very honest and good people to work with.

Mark was fantastic in helping me select the correct size for my first road bike! He gave me a lot of great information during the process, clearly explained each step of the process, and gladly answered all of my questions. He seemed genuinely excited to share his knowledge and set others up for success.
