Problems with installing my accessories. I had dropped off the accessories on Friday (called the store in advance to confirm the process)) as
Bike was to be assembled on Saturday. No communication coming from the store. Owen in the service department was the only one who seemed to care.
I arrived Sunday at 4:45 PM to pick up the bike.
I was given information about servicing as an afterthought and had to ask to have the bike sized for me.
Overall, not a pleasant experience. Felt like I was just bugging the staff by coming in to pick up the bike
and then getting rushed out.
