I paid twice for my (one) FX2 stagger bike, and 6 days after there was no refund on the cc.

Good. I either only go to Urbane or Sweet's.
I choose sweet's because it is close by Dufferin Mall, has a variety of products and friendly customer staffs

Super friendly and honest staff. I can trust them when it comes to tuning up my bike and I don't have to worry that they will try to rip me off. They are good at communicating what repairs needs to be done and will give me a call before doing a major repair so I can give the okay and not be surprised by the bill. They are also really responsive when it comes to providing quotes on parts/equipment/labour. Everyone in the store is very knowledgeable and the store also has a good, laid back/chill vibe. It's my neighbourhood bike shop - I've been going there for years.
