The range of kids' bike helmets are very good. As well, the staff are most helpful. Trying to buy a $70 gift card was a bit complicated as I had to buy one for $50, then another for $20. It would be better if one could but one for a designated amount. Your staff helped rectify this for me.

More information about the bike before purchase. I am relatively new to outdoor biking so i would of liked a little bit of a tutorial.
All the staff very very helpful. There was a misunderstanding about pricing which was fixed later. Communication was also not ideal as I never received an email or phone call when my bike was ready. Not a big deal for me but you are asking for feedback. ;-)

I am a mid age customer who hadn’t done any biking in last 10-15 years and had no clue what exactly she wants and what is out there in the market.
I loved how Kart( I hope the spelling is correct)
explained everything and offered different options available so clearly and patiently.
And it was great that almost all accessories that I needed were available in the shop and Kart helped me to find the quality/cost wise suitable ones for me.

The only reason I didn’t put ten is geography. If the person lives closer to one of the other high quality bike shops, I may just recommend that one that’s closer to them.
