We purchased 2 e bikes at the Annex store and Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was an overall extremely positive experience.
We purchased a bike rack from the store at 1204 Bloor St. I spoke over the phone with John, and he was also extremely helpful and very pleasant.
When I picked up the bike rack, Pete and a salesperson helped me to hook up to my car..
