I wish that you would have called to inquire about fixing an issue. Rather you chose not to fix the issue and I wasted another 3 days without a bike in the middle fo a pandemic. Had you called to inquire about fixing the issue I could have made an educated decision that would have been less of a hassle.
Mitch was fantastic.
He was informed and confident and I didn’t feel like he tried to ‘over-bike’ me. I’m super happy with my new Trek.

Faster deliveries for local purchases.
What you offer on your website is not product in your store. I’m guessing it’s linked to the manufacturer, therefore needs firstly to be shipped from them to the store, then to the customer. This takes too long.
Also, when I called to follow up on my order a week after ordering, there was no answer at the shop and no voicemail message explaining how busy you were and couldn’t answer all of the calls. There was simply a “mailbox is full” message. Not good in my opinion.
I received my helmet quickly. Its a great helmet!
