Received my mountain bike shoes very quick
Service was great using the on-line option. Manny was a great help. Unfortunately a couple of items that showed 'in stock' were not. It's been a hard year for the cycling community. But would definitely use again.
Great experience especially during the pandemic I was told that some people are waiting weeks to get their bike repaired and I dropped off my bike on Sunday and got it back on Monday and it was only $53! The person who I spoke with was a male teen I believe was great with the service and he was super friendly and knew what he was doing !!! i will definitely be coming back!! It is very rare to have a great experience and speedy fix up so great job guys!!!

Everything so is good just waiting for my order. I am very aware of the wait time due to the shortage of bikes and parts. So am waiting patiently. I really liked the fact I was calling for my son and personally I know nothing about bike yet your employee never made me feel dumb or talked down to me

I recently ordered some Sweet Protection elbow pads, but the product I received did not match the image on your website. I thought I was ordering the "pads", but I received the "guards" instead.

Aside from recommending best-in-class for fair price, the help I received along the way from Manny is my experience with Sweet Pete's bicycle shop. Manny has an intimate, sensitive, friendly professionalism about him that is what every consumer dreams of. His compassionate call-to-action to me to buy the bike for my daughter while it was still for sale, deeply moves me to this day. What a courageous thing to do! Also insisting the smaller overall helmet was better given my daughters age shows he is committed to her safety over my preference. Manny is 'Sweet Pete' to me.
