Lower prices/more sale or clearance items.
I ordered some shoes...pre paid for them...”they will be here in April”...ok cool...April arrives and I am told “the shipment is here...just have to receive etc...ok cool...oh no..weren’t in shipment they were supposed to be...let me look into it...ok...no problem...except I waited a week and heard nothing regarding the order...so I called in and was told “I forgot about that...let me check with supplier...”
Next day I ordered elsewhere and asked for a refund...which was prompt ...I get it —it’s busy...just not terribly satisfied...the shop has great reviews so probably a rare event...not looking to get anyone in trouble

I wasn't able to shop in-store considering our current lockdown situation, but your online setup was very logical and intuitive. I was able to find items that weren't available anywhere else. The turnaround time was surprisingly quick!!!
