I think there's a glitch in your email system. I never received the "it's ready for pick" up email. I checked my spam and it wasn't there. I had to call the store a couple of days, first time no one picked it up, but second time I was able to talk to a sales assistant that was super helpful.

Everything was good for the most part, but the bike was pretty dirty upon receipt. The mechanic that put it together touched it all over with greasy hands so the bike needed a good wash to look clean. Next time it would be nice if new bike orders were cleaned before pick up.

I've been using Sweet Pete's maintenance services for 8 years now. I always go back because I know the work will be done right.
Was told that I would recertification that the product was shipped. I received no verification.
Super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly - couldn't ask for anything better.
Sent an email question, received a specific reply from a human (John) . John outlined the reason for delay and provided anticipated time frame for shipment.
Product shipped as scheduled, it's up to Canada Post now.

I ordered online 4 chainring bolts at 26 or 29 dollars.
2 days later I call the shop and leave a message to be call back, nothing. (In their defence they said on the voice-mail that they are experimented phone issues)
I decided to go to the store, where it took a good 5 minutes for the young man to get my order, cuz it look like it was not ready (nothing on the rack with paper bags, he had to go at the back)
He did apologize when he came back with them.
So until then I was satisfied to be honest.
But then I get home and the 26 dollars bolts named "steel" are actually made of butter like steel, which feel more like aluminum to me a so the first nut I tighten, the key went right through it and I struggle to take it away to put my old one. Waist of time, money, and trust in you guys. Are you even using those bolts with your customers or you just carry it for sell?
