We were happy you had the bike in stock, it was difficult to get hold of staff and they didn’t check phone messages. It took 5 days to assemble the bike. Gave my husband a hard time picking up our bike because they didn’t get my phone message. When I called to ask if they had something in stock, they advised me incorrectly of what would fit the bike model I was asking about.
Well my experience this particular time was ok I find that the staff is often very stand off-ish and condensing not to mention rude. This being said I do know two people who are very good I forget one of there names but the other one is Manny.
I am happy to talk with a manager or anyone because I have noticed that there are quite a few other people who feel this way as well
I couldn’t be happier! Pete puts in more than the time and attention; he obviously cares about his customers and provides them with the best of his knowledge and expertise, which is vast. He sells only those top products which both he and the manufacturers support 110%. Dealing with the right dealership is every bit as important as finding the right bike...Pete is that dealer.
There was a wide variety of selection at a price point good range. I received the products promptly after ordering it.

Ordered my tires on a Saturday afternoon and got them the following Tuesday, just as promised. One small thing I think could have been better was confirmation from the store that the order was being processed/completed. I got notification from FedEx that I was getting a package - didn’t know who it was from until it arrived. Again, nothing wrong with the service but a bit more info after I pushed the ‘buy’ button would have been nice.
I totally understand you're off the charts busy but did not get a confirmation email otherwise easy transaction.
when we get back to normal we will for sure drop in to check out your store.

Great customer service.
The bike is great and considering how busy things were, I was able to receive the bicycle quickly.
I received an email from John Fornasier in regards to my online purchase quickly, which was great. In the email he in which he wrote "we'll have it ready to go at our 1204 Bloor St West (Bloordale) store by Tuesday April 20th".
I followed up with an email on Tuesday at around 2 pm following up to see if my purchase was ready for pick up. He responded with:
As I mentioned in my original e-mail our service dept will contact you via e-mail once the bike is ready for pick up. It appears not to be done but it is only 3:30 and the store is open till 7pm today.
I understand things are busy but I found that to be a snarky response. I understand that in the previous email he sent the order could have been ready at the end of day Tuesday, I was simply following up. Prior to receiving his email I called as I was in the area. The gentleman that I spoke to on the phone was a lot nicer about this - he still went out of his way to check and said that he will contact us when it is ready.
When I was in store to pick up today it was great, the service was nice. Just found this email rude.
So glad they got right back to me when my item was in stock and replace it with another item right away!

I think there's a glitch in your email system. I never received the "it's ready for pick" up email. I checked my spam and it wasn't there. I had to call the store a couple of days, first time no one picked it up, but second time I was able to talk to a sales assistant that was super helpful.
