I bought a bike for my oldest daughter at bike depot and they include annual bike tune ups for 5 years after purchase. When I got this recent bike at Sweet Pete’s I was disappointed to hear it only included a tune up for the first year. I understand this is a service and may be hard for a small business to offer but it seems like a huge competitive advantage. Anyway, an annual tune up for at least 2-3 years would make a huge difference! Thanks for the survey and the opportunity to share.
You seem to have all I need! Most of all your customer service is on point.
Although it took a while to book my bike for a tune up, once my bike was in, the service and communication was exemplary! The team talked me through options, did great repairs and paid careful attention to all of my concerns.

Loving my new Trek Allant+7 (XL). A very difficult bike to find and was informed by other Trek dealers that I would have to pre-order and hope for earliest delivery around Feb 2022. Found exactly what I was looking for at Pete's and the sales and service were fantastic.
I received an immediate response to my email and a follow up phone call to review my request. The Sales Team was great being able to answer all my questions with detail and professionalism. They went beyond excellent service making arrangements to have it shipped to my home due to the Covid Lockdown restrictions. Brent delivered the bike as promised and took the time to go over the bike specifics and ensure I was comfortable with the safety and operation (all appropriately distanced and masked).
