It would have been nice to get an email explaining what exactly was done on the bike and also get a chance to chose email receipt vs printing copy!

It was probably my assumption that was the problem, but when ordering online and choosing in-store pick-up, I didn't realize the wait time on the order would be so long. It might have been faster to have the items mailed. Increased clarity online regarding possible/expected prep times for curbside pick up for non-bike or service orders might be nice.

You know what you're doing and are very knowledgeable around bikes, plus you found me a new bike during these unconventional times.
Rob was so lovely to deal with. he took the time to understand my needs and ensure the bike i was looking at would fulfill them. He stayed late after what i would assume was a long day to help set me up on the bike. It all felt like more than just a financial transaction with him, but instead a real passion to see people doing something he also enjoys.

p.s. I missed my appointment the previous day and the staff was nice enough to squeeze me in and fix my bike in a jiffy!
Excellent communication and responsiveness! Early in 2021 I was looking for a particular Trek model and size and Sweet Pete's happened to have one on allocation expected in April/May. I was able to reserve it, and Mitch at Sweet Pete's kept me up to date regarding changes in ship dates and anticipated assembly dates. A bike fitting was not possible due to COVID but he set up the bike based on some numbers I sent along and it fit perfectly and rides like a dream! Would highly recommend this shop.
