Quick turnaround time, expert advice, great selection.
You guys are fantastic. I always get great and friendly service, and in fact I sometimes think, They really are sweet at Sweet Petes -- it's not just a company name. One thing I would suggest, but Pete probably won't go for it: You should have a tip jar near the door while you're doing pickup only, with a sign that says something like Tune Up Tips, If Desired. I've been tipping a lot with pickup food during the pandemic, because everyone in the service industry needs the money, and it occurred to me after I'd picked up my bike that I should have tipped, and would have for sure if there was a prompt. But I know those kinds of jars might make some people uncomfortable. Anyway, just saying. I know you don't do formal tips during normal times, but ... anyway, a thought during lockdown times.
I was on the hunt for some Padded Liner Shorts, as the saddle on my recently acquired bike was uh, less than gentle...
The Shop, via Eoin, was quick to respond to my email inquiry, and super sweet to deal with for curbside pick up of my 2 pairs of 100% Crux Liner Shorts and some new pedals.
And y'all tossed in a handfull of slaps with my gear, super wicked!
All in all a solid experience and Ive found My Shop in town for my 2 wheelin' needs.
