I went to get my bike tuned and only the bare minimum was done. For $80 it would be nice if there was a little something extra offered, such as cleaning your bike.

I needed someone to pick up my bike because I don't own a car. A day and time were arranged and Rob showed up right on time. My bike got all tuned up and was back to me the next day. Great service!

Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, I had a baby seat installed on my bike that I hadn't used in at least 6 years. I was worried about if it would fit, would I be wasting my money on ordering seat that couldn't be installed etc. Everyone I spoke with (Brent, Emma, service guys etc) were all so helpful and put me at east that they'd figure out a solution, and if they couldn't I could return the seat. So thank you so much!
I brought my bike in to be tuned and had a wonderful experience from drop-off to pick-up.
The staff I encountered were incredibly friendly and approachable. They explained the services and gave me a realistic estimate for a tune-up. I was told what could be done and what couldn't and it was never condescending, like at some other bike shops downtown.
Service was honest, friendly, and completed in a reasonable timeframe! Super happy with the work done on my humble bike.
