The entire process of seeking product information, advice, ordering and pick-up could not have been more smooth.
I made my order on April 28th and received a confirmation email that day, but never got a 2nd email telling me that the order was ready...so I waited a while, and finally just checked the order through the button on the 1st email, and all of my items were ready!! It would've been nice to get that 2nd email telling me that the order was ready for pickup.
