Excellent attention to boot fittings! The best!
Got new boots with custom foam liner and footbeds. I have size 10 feet with AAAA heels, so my feet are a challenge to fit into any kind of shoe, much less a ski boot.
The fitters at the shop took a lot of time to make sure my foots fit great and I know if I have a problem, they will fix them fast.
I'm skiing like a boss in my new boots.

YES!! Already recommended to 5 families today after the great service we received from Landyn (upstairs)- we bought 3 sets of skies and had 2 tune-ups. Excellent service- she even texted us after normal hours when she finished tuning up everything at 10:00pm (which we had asked and she said she would do that for us so we could pick them up so we could ski first thing.)
Definitely put the customer’s need first- great Ambassador/employee. Above and beyond customer service from Landyn-example We were getting a new set of binders and the wholes didnt match, before doing anything to the skies Landyn called us to explain the situation and asked if was ok to her to drill new wholes and epoxy the old wholes. That was also awesome and we appreciated the entire experience and that alone was Awesome Customer Service.
