You had a knowledgeable staff. Helpful in answering my questions. I was considering purchasing a online e bike but after hearing the pros and cons, I was most comfortable dealing with a local business that would be there for any post purchase questions or problems.

GREAT customer service during the whole Corona-19 on the phone. They are following all social distancing orders. SUPER happy about their turn around time with their work as well. Plan on bringing more bikes there for tuning and maybe buying a new bike! I want to support our wonderful local businesses!
