I want management to know what a great job Sean, John and the entire crew at the mountain store are doing. I demo’d skis this week and they were very helpful and courteous. As a result of this experience, as well as very positive long-standing experience with seasonal rentals for my kids, I ended up buying new skis from the store. Staff who provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service are critical and should be recognized. Thank you and great job!

I have been skiing for 33 years but I have never had a pair of boots fit me like I have now. Yesterday, John worked with me for two hours to outfit me in a fantastic pair of new Solomon’s. A big shout out for his careful attention to my needs and making today the best ski day ever.
