After a disasterous airline trip that included an unplanned New Years Eve stay in a crappy hotel in Salt Lake City, and airline employees that flat refused to help when clearly, they saw that we needed it, getting fitted for ski boots by MJ and staff was such a relief.
I received the customer service anyone would expect when making such a large purchase: it was engaging, educational, fun and finally rewarding when I was able to try out my new, custom fitted ski boots.
In fact, as my purchase took a good amount of time, I witnessed every customer next to me receive the same attention and level of customer service I was receiving.
If only every (major) purchase was this satisfying.
