I've purchased my last two pairs of ski boots from them and had great luck and good follow up, in spite of having tough to fit feet. The boot fitters there are all quite good.
Technician was quick to assess issues with bike and offered to fix it the next day (which worked great for my schedule). Reasonable cost and great workmanship! Great customer support! Cute pup too!

Your boot salesman Brian was the most knowledgeable boot rep I have ever dealt with. I have difficult feet to fit in ski boots due to surgery’s and my bone structure. He ability to diagnose the foot problems and find a solution with a boot fit I didn’t think was possible. I wasn’t planning on buying ski boots but I did because now I have a chance to ski again!!!

I have more experience with the bike shop than the main retail store. The guys in the bike shop have always been friendly and willing to help - the help coming right then or a few hours later. One time they didn't have the tool they needed to fix my bike but went the extra mile by looking up online where I could get the tool and sending me an email with the link. Very much appreciated!

Everyone we have worked with at Ski and Bike Kare has been extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We have purchased bikes, skis, and all sorts of equipment and have never been disappointed. They also have a great service department for both skis and bikes and get your stuff back to you in a very timely manner. You cannot go wrong with this store!
