Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Even when it's really busy the staff try their best to get small things fixed right away or to book in the bike as soon as possible to get people back out on the trails! :-) Thanks heaps guys!

The most important part of SSBK is that their employees are experienced and know what they are talking about, especially for services for both bike and ski, and for boot fitting, which are the main reasons I go to the shop.
