I had a technician named Dave, who did a very good job in a quick and concise manner. He answered our questions and did not take very long to do the job. But, there wasn’t much that needed to be done. However, I wasn’t comfortable with trying to do that myself so I relied on you all and you did a great job as usual.
I received service on my Octane elliptical and Chad was great to work with and very professional.

The workers were great. Just surprised the elliptical slides weren’t clean up or the workout machine was cleaned up a little. Especially after how much everything cost.

The service was fantastic, and I just purchased a minor part for a stationary bike. They even tested the old part to make sure it was not working prior to selling me the new part.
I highly recommend them. They discussed a potential replacement bike, on sale, if my bike still did not work. Absolutely no high pressure and very professional all the way.
I will definitely go back to meet future bicycle needs.
