Had a service done on my son’s bike. It was done as discussed no attempt to up charge or sell other products staff was informative and professional price was reasonable. Will be returning when it’s time for new bikes!

I've been looking force-bikes for about a year. I've looked online, and at brick & morter facilities across the country as I travel.
We decided to buy here. Prices are not the best, but not higher than typical for the brand we went with. They took the time to discuss how & where we will be biking. They fit our bodies to body & style of bike.
We even got to test drive a few styles.
One stop sales & service when needed. We even drove an hour to buy from this place forvthe quality & service.

Marcus was extremely helpful and patient while helping me find the bike that was right for me. I started (with my son) looking for a bike but ended up purchasing a trike. Marcus then helped me lower the seat, and remove the handle bars and front tire so it would fit in my Ford Escape. He also made sure that I knew how to put it back together. (I had assured him that I was quite handy with tools and had all the necessary ones for reassembly.) I think he spent well over an hour helping me and answering all of my questions.
I took my trike for it's first ride this morning and was very pleased with how it went. Planning on taking it out again this evening.
