Friendly and competent from the beginning to get our 20+ year old treadmill serviced. Easy to schedule, good advice. Dave knows what he's doing and the treadmill runs like new again even though it has over 5,000 miles on it. Highly Recommend!

In the past 4 weeks I've had discussions with about 20 or more chat-bots/AI generated intelligence that's supposed to comprehend every nuanced situation & create a solution or otherwise take care of a specific need. If you have a yes or no question, that might work, but in my case, it was more complicated. In 3-5 minutes, was able to talk with an actual human & after explanation was told that additional, more informed assistance was needed. I waited @ 30 minutes, & another human called me back & was then able to schedule a home visit. My 200 ft driveway was like every other driveway (nothing but snow & ice), but the visit was made & in less than an hour the problem was resolved. It wasn't cheap, but worth their efforts. I bought a 2nd machine (an elliptical) & have never been disappointed. It's like dealing with your best friend. Patrick Sumner

Not only does Scheller’s carry the best products, they provide the best customer service in support. I’m so glad I made my purchase at Scheller’s rather than one of the big box sporting goods stores who have limited inventory and little to no customer service. After buying a bicycle, a recumbent trike, the recumbent exercise bike is my first piece of exercise equipment purchased. The young men that delivered my purchase were professional in setting up the exercise bike, and explaining its operation. They were most pleasant and made sure I was satisfied. There is only one place to go for cycling and exercise equipment and that’s Scheller’s.
