These dudes are freaking awesome! As someone who does bike delivery and who’s a full time rider. They were able to fit me right in and back in the road.

I like the variety of machines available and the staff's knowledge of what they can do. When I was in the store, I was allowed to stay on the equipment long enough to get a real feel for what it could do. I was never made to feel like I was infringing on their time, and I had a good enough feeling that I bought the machine. I'm looking forward to its delivery tomorrow.!
I wanted several products that were in stock at different locations. Staff gathered them , gave me a call and I was able to pick the items up at one location. Quick and easy. I appreciated the quick response and communication.

Very disappointing experience. I am an avid rider but will never go back or recommend this place to others. My husband took my bike in to get the brakes fixed (among other things) and we realized the brakes still didn't work a few days later. We took the bike back and got charged additional money (including a $25 adjustment fee).
This place is my go-to because the service is always great!

When I walked into their business, I was helped immediately by an employee. They showed me the models of treadmills they had. I was looking for months at the treadmills they sold at the big retail stores and was not impressed. At Schellers they were very knowledgeable of their products, I was not pressured in buying anything, nor pushed to a certain product. Once I decided what I wanted to buy the team informed me how the shipping process worked and how to login into the computer system and on the treadmill. You know how after you buy something you get buyer remorse. Not here. I will going back anytime I need anything for my future needs for treadmills.
