Schellers told me when to expect my new pump to arrive then sent a notice confirming its arrival at the store. They are always hopeful and informative.
They courteous, professional, and corrected all problems promptly. I was without my bike only two days.
I used your service for a broken treadmill. Dave was our service person. He was professional, timely, and personable. He clearly was technically equipped to evaluate the issue and recommend the proper course of action.
When I spoke with Ian for the first time, he immediately asked if I was familiar with the Octane equipment to verify I was aware of its movement pattern before I spent money on the unit. I appreciated the concern. And when we met at the store, he was very helpful, as well as follow-up by providing owner's manual electronically after the sale (unsolicited, BTW). Great service.

I’ve been a customer here for a few years now. I so happen to have a Trek bicycle. This location is a Trek and Bontrager shop. I like the products myself from experience with others. The product line is what I like the most in the bicycle world.

The staff are always happy to chat and help out. Anytime I’ve needed any bicycle assistance, I’ve gotten it here without a problem. I am always able to get quickly into the call queue when I’ve called. Anytime I’ve come into the shop or setup any appointments, there has never once in my experience been a single hassle what so ever. I’ve stepped into the shop on several occasions to just ask around about bicycle experiences as well as any thoughts on bicycling as I am a regular cyclist, and I’m always able to be understood very easily because the staff are all competent and knowledgeable due to experience.
Staff are always friendly with me. Just normal people who are common sense about things and decent people in general. I’m always happy to come into the shop. And I always feel good when I leave whether I purchase something or I just step into the shop to take a look and browse around or chit chat about cycling in general.
I highly recommend this location. And I hope that my review reflects well and very highly of all of the staff at this location.
Good products and great customer service. As long as I am in the Evansville Indiana region, this will be my go to shop for all of my cycling gear and needs.

I didn't look for a bike for my 7yo anywhere else- but I chose Scheller's over Peddle Power because of location to me. I'm closer to Broomwagon and Bicycleface but I consider them "niche-y" and I wanted to go to a tried and true local business. I'm glad I made the choice I did because Rush and a younger fellow gave me excellent service and I left there with a bike my son loves and am appreciative of the patient sales experience.
Team approach was awesome......we interacted with all 4 people in the shop. They helped me find the perfect bike, worked on it to fit my size, and made me a great deal on a pre-ordered bike that did not work for the original party.

Tracy assisted us the day we came into the store. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, as we had many! He was so kind and patient and showed us several bikes. I totally recommend Schellers to anyone looking for cycling needs.
Very friendly and professional to work with. Have a 5 yr old treadmill that needed repair. I talked to Roger to schedule. He was great and Dave, the repair guy who came out was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem. He is coming back next week to put in the new part and do the tune-up. I loved how knowledgeable the staff is. I came in looking for an exercise bike and had a lot of questions about the different models on the floor. I actually came in twice because the first gentleman that helped me (Gary or Jerry??) was so helpful and gave me so much good information that I needed time to process everything and make my decision. I came back the second time and purchased the Schwinn Airdyne AD7. We are about an hour from your store and decided to come in to pick it up once it was available rather than have you deliver it. The bike was available for pick-up quicker than I expected and the staff was again extremely helpful in loading it into our truck. I would definitely come back for more fitness purchases and would highly recommend your Evansville location to others.

I cannot think of any recommendations I would give to the store owner because they check all the good boxes.
