Great Service, and SUPER fast! I was expecting them to take at least til Monday when I dropped off my bike on Thursday late evening. They had it done by Friday by 12 or earlier. I always come here to get my bikes cleaned and anything bike-related. Also all the people are friendly and know about bikes. Also there's like so many cute guys there (hahah)

While it was great they got us in so fast buying new tires, it would have been nice to know the installation expenses. Charging $25 per tire, plus the sealant, valves the installation cost about $100 which wasn’t explained. Paid it, grateful to get them on so we could ride but seemed excessive and would have liked to know about it upfront. Thanks.

EVERYTHING! To start, I love that you have your inventory status for each store online. I called to double check before making the trip and was treated amazing from the start, not blown off since I calling and not actually in the store. Rick agreed to hold the bike for me while I drove from OKC to Bentonville that same day. Once I got there, the experience was even more amazing! Rick spent over an hour answering all my questions, going over the bikes features and components and helping me with all the gear I needed. Everything I needed was actually available in store and there was plenty of options to choose from. They also spent the time to completely look over the bike, clean her up and top everything off before handing her over. I will definitely put up a Google review and tell all my family and friends about how amazing this place is! We have a store here in Edmond but will probably still just make the trip to Bentonville when we need to just because it was such a great experience. You have a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! Thank you so much!!
