Walked into Phat Tire and was immediately impressed by the number of people passing through the store to use a free tire pump or to get free water. After talking with Mike, I ended up buying a new mountain bike which I used today- a Transition Smuggler. Amazing service from Phat Tire (Mike even generously agreed to drop my old bike off at the local donation office). The guys then added a tubeless tire procedure and added pedals. All while I waited. Great service- great product. I would do it all again- First name removed

Mark provided outstanding service once again! I brought a bike in for its break-in service and to have a couple things checked out. He identified and remedied a few loose spikes and corrected a factory defect in the front brake caliper and honored his 24-hour turnaround. I’m so happy I’ve found a local bike shop i can trust.

Phat Tire Fayetteville have the best biking staff in NWA. They're always willing to take on your questions and plot the best course to resolution....at the best price. They work fast and accurate, always having customer service at the top of their watch-list. I've purchased 4 Trek Bikes from Phat Tire and will continue to use them for all my biking needs, including shoes, cleats, pedals and clothing. Great job guys, keep it up!!!
