Slow leak in the rear tire due to me not keeping up on keeping it filled. Phat Tire got me right in. Service was quick and reasonably priced ….and they even gave me a beer while I waited!! 👍

Been a customer for 8 years, for the first time I had a service failure regarding some warranty issues on my bike. Basically charged my wife for the warranty work, resulting in “having to spend her grocery money on my bike again!” Not the first time I’ve heard that one.
Ben the store manager called me as soon as the store opened on Saturday morning and more than corrected the issue financially with a very friendly attitude.
As has always been the case, the work done on my bike was great, all issues corrected. With this level of customer service, I would recommend phat tire or Bentonville to anyone needing bicycle repairs.

Andrew and staff were fantastic help. They were kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again if we are ever down there again. I will recommend this store to anyone that needs a bike or bike rental. 5 Stars easily.
