Danny is an absolute legend. He always has great customer service and is very helpful with all my questions. I dropped my 3 bikes off on Friday and I told him I was wanting to go riding on Saturday and so he stayed a couple hours after shop closed to get them fixed. This man needs a raise. Came in to the shop looking for dry chain lube but wasn’t sure which one, and before I could ask the bike tech behind the counter was already offering to help and was very knowledgeable with his recommendation (I didn’t catch his name). Also suggested to keep the spray bottle of my Muc Off for refills in the future.

Your staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I stopped in for some maintenance on my bike the other day, thinking I would need to leave the bike for a day or two, but the brake adjustment, tires check, and quick lube was taken care of while I waited. I bought a trek fuel that had been mashed together with parts. Took it to phat tire in Siloam and they told me all the parts I needed to get them brought it back and they put it together. Been riding for a week now with no issues whatsoever. Very reasonable people with honest pricing. Awesome place to go

I was able to get a new bike chain put on and get the shifting adjusted while I waited. The bike mechanic took time to get it right.
Excellent response time. The staff is very knowledgeable and was able to help me with my 20 year old Specialized rock hopper. The manager gave it a tune up and we are riding the bike today!
